My Attempt on Hair Chalk

So I got really curious and finally, I saw a blogshop selling Mungyo Chalk Pastels (funny story: Us BJD owners use these for our dolls' aesthetics and body blushing!) and my friend got me intrigued by it all over again!

The trend of hair chalking wasn't that new, though I haven't paid full attention to it when I first saw the tutorials on Pinterest many months ago.

So.

One video whet my curiosity and lo and behold, got me really excited to try it out for myself!

I attempted my own chalky-riffic ombre hair later on, and while I was pleasantly surprised with the results, I'm rather sad that the chalk is rubbing off a wee bit too much for my liking against my skin and top :(

Colors used: Pink-red, Sky Blue, Green.
The streaks of brown and blonde are from my previous permanent hair dye hahaha

I admit getting this done was fun, but I don't think I'll play around too much over this cause the chalk caused my hair to feel really dry. Then again, it IS chalk ahahahahaa ^^;

Project 365-3: Self-pampering

Going to Summit today was pretty eventful for me I suppose. Gotten a hair scalp treatment that my hair desperately need (that I know for sure...was constantly badgered by numerous hairstylists to plump up my hair with moisture cause it was sooooooooo dry) and later on, a hydrating facial treatment. So now my hair feels less dry (I think) and my face looks like it's been bitten by 20 mosquitoes!! Hahahahaha but that's only temporary. Beautician actually managed to scrape off a lot of my black- and whiteheads to the point that my skin is actually smooth to touch! A big plus to her when she did NOT poke and press my growing pimple (I know most beauticians do that...or well, the ones that I had been to before anyway) and instead told me to let it ripen and go off on its own. Thumbs up for that!

I suppose now I'll be ready for tomorrow...? Hahahahaha cheers to me, work starts again in less than 12 hours lol
